Lemon Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 1/4 cups biscuit mix (bisquick)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice.

Preparation
Step 1
I(n a bowl, combine egg, sugar, lemon peel and milk; mix well.
Stir in the bisquick, mix until moistened
Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased 9-in. baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack. Easiest if you use a spring pan. Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice -stir until smooth. Drizzle over warm cake.
