Ingredients
- 6 Cups sliced potatoes
- 2 large onions sliced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup parsely

Step 1
Preheat Oven 375
Cook potatoes and onions in salted water about 5 minutes.
In separate pan melt butter, stir in flour until smooth.
Stir in milk, salt, and pepper.
Cook until thick, about 2 minutes.
Strain potatoes.
Add in rue mixture.
Add parsely
Put in baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes
