  • 6 Cups sliced potatoes
  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup parsely

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven 375

Cook potatoes and onions in salted water about 5 minutes.


In separate pan melt butter, stir in flour until smooth.
Stir in milk, salt, and pepper.
Cook until thick, about 2 minutes.

Strain potatoes.
Add in rue mixture.
Add parsely
Put in baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes
