Artichoke Toast

Ingredients

  • 9 ounce Artichoke hearts ; frozen
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan ; grated
  • 1/8 teaspoon Red pepper sauce
  • 1 loaf Italian Bread

Preparation

Step 1


Combine all ingredients. Split one loaf of Italian bread in half the long way. Spread mixture on each half.

Broil 5 minutes or until bubbly and brown. Cut into 1 inch slices.
