Beef Patties in Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 LB ground beef
• 1 c bread crumbs
• 3/4 c grated cheddar cheese
• 2 tsp onion flakes
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Dash of garlic powder
• 1 egg beaten in 1/4 c cold water
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 4oz can mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in order except soup and mushrooms. Form into small patties and brown. Arrange in a single layer in casserole dish. Top with undiluted soup and mushrooms with liquid. Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
