Ingredients
- DOUGH ~
- 1 cup oleo
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 egg yolks (reserve whites for filling)
- 1/2 pint sour cream, chilled
- FILLING ~
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
DOUGH ~ Mix all ingredients together
FILLING ~ Beat egg whites with fork until frothy. Add sugar, vanilla and nuts.
Roll out dough and cut into squares. Add filling, roll up and roll in sugar.
Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes.
