Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 c soft bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion (minced)
  • 1/3 c beer
  • Several Tbsp "You Name it Beer Sauce"
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

With your hands, combine beef, crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup beer, egg, caraway seed, salt, and pepper.

Shape into a loaf and place in a suitable loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
