Ingredients
- 1 Cup cooked rice
- 1/4 C margarine
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/2 C green pepper
- 1 diced jalapeno pepper
- 1 to 2 cans diced green chilies
- 1 8 oz carton sour cream
- 1 C grated longhorn cheese
- 1 C grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions, green pepper, and jalapeno pepper in butter, Add rice, stir in green chilies , sour cream and cheese. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes.
