Vegetables: Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 7-8 carrots, chopped
  • Medium onion
  • Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Velvetta cheese, cubed
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Boil carrots until done.
Sauté onion in butter. Layer in casserole with cheese. Melt 1/3 cup butter, pour over corn flakes on top of casserole.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
