Ingredients
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 T oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups fresh spinach, cut, cooked and drained
- 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 2 dashes thyme
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 t red pepper
- 1 t accent
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
Preparation
Step 1
Season and cook spinach, mix all.
Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour.
