Chocolate-Peanut Butter Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate piece
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup honey-roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons crumbled chocolate-covered graham cracker cookies
- whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, and baking powder.
2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla.
3. Using a wire wisk, stir mixture until smooth.
4. Add peanut butter and semisweet chocolate pieces; stir in.
5. Pour batter into an ungreased 1-quart casserole dish; set aside.
6. In the same mixing bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar, and the cocoa powder.
7. Gradually stir in the boiling water.
8. Pour mixture over the batter in the casserole.
9. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
10. Take out of the oven; top with peanuts and graham cracker crumbs.
11. Serve warm with whipped cream.
