Pineapple Cabbage Slaw

  • Dressing:
  • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup finely diced celery
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple cut into 1/2 inch cubes, drained
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/4 teas seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teas dijon style mustard
  • paprika for garnish



Step 1

Soak raisins in hot water for 5 minutes, drain, mix together all but dressing ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients, mixing well, fold into cabbage mixture. Chill at least one hour for flavors to combine. Sprinkle lightly with paprika before serving.
