"Fake" Buttermilk

I don't keep buttermilk in the house and in a pinch you can use this as a replacement.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the two ingredients and let sit for 5 minutes. Then whisk and it's ready to use.
