Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- 1 clove Garlic ; minced
- 1 cube Beef bouillon ; dissolved in 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 Onion ; chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 package French style green beans ; frozen
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon Parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil. Add garlic, ginger, meat and onions. Cook over high heat for 3 minutes. Stir constantly.
Reduce heat to low. Add beans, bouillon, soy sauce, parsley, bay leaf and salt.
Cook 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
