Ingredients
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange (drained and chopped reserve syrup)
- 1 envelope knox unflavor Gelatine
- 1/2 tsp sweet n'low (2 packages)
- 2 cups (16 oz) Cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
Mix reserved syrup with enough water to equal 1/2 cup bring to a boil
Meanwhile in large bowl, mix knox unflavored Gelatine with sweet n low. add boiling liquid and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved.
Blend Cottage cheese, oranges and almond extract. Turn into 4 cup mold or bowl and chill until firm
