Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cans milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. minute rice
  • Chicken
  • Frozen veggies
  • Cheese
  • Potato Chip Crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat butter, milk and soup until melted but not boiling.

Add rice (x3 for 2 chickens).

Layer chicken, veggies in a 9x9 or 10x10 pan and add rice mixture.

Top with cheese and bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Add potato chip crumbs and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
