Ingredients
- 1 quart ½ & ½
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 quart whole milk
- 6 eggs (beaten)
- 1 box vanilla pudding (type you have to cook)
- Vanilla (to taste)
- Sugar(to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pudding and milk to light boil
2. Beat eggs and slowly add to pudding mixture stirring as added so it does not lump
3. Add additional ingredients
4. Sugar and vanilla to taste
5. Put in ice cream maker and freeze
6. Can be stored covered in refrigerator for up to two days.
