Ingredients

  • For the tart shells, mix well:
  • 1/2 pound oleo
  • 2 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. flour
  • Roll into balls and refrigerate 1 hour. Press each ball into shape of little tart shell.
  • For the filling, mix well:
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 t. melted butter
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Put 1/2 t. chopped pecans in each tart shell, add 1 tsp. filling, and top with 1/2 t. pecans. Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes. These can be frozen.
