Ingredients
- Leftover Spaghetti and Meat Sauce (or Tomato Sauce)
- Butter
- Eggs
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add a big dollup of spaghetti and sauce. Form it into a big ring with a hole (about baseball size) in the center. Add a little pat of butter and then an egg into the center space. Add salt and pepper to egg if needed. Cook egg until desired doneness. You can make several of these in one big pan, or repeat desired amount of times! EnJoY!
