Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 oz. plain yoghurt
- ½ cup miracle whip
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach - cooked, with moisture squeezed out
- 1 pkg. Knorr’s Swiss vegetable soup mix
- Sourdough Bread
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup mix with ½ cup warm water to soften vegetables for about 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix together well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve in hollowed out round sourdough loaf and provide lots of bread for dipping.
