Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

  • 2 cups complete pancake and waffle mix
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal(instant)
  • 1 ripe mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts(optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir pancake mix with water until smooth.

2. Add oatmeal, banana, and walnuts.

3. Fry pancakes on a greased, heated griddle until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with maple syrup and berries.
