- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Line a 9x13 pan with heavy duty foils overlaying the sides of the pan
Beat butter for 30 seconds, add brown sugar, baking soda, and salt
Beat in eggs, 2 cups peanut butter and 2 tsp vanilla
Add flour gradually
Set aside 2 cups of dough and press remain dough in pan
For filling, in a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and 2 tbsp of peanut butter over LOW heat - melt and lastly add vanilla
Pour filling over dough and crumble remain dough over top of bars
Bake 30-35 minutes until the top is lightly browned
Cool IN pan on wire rack
To cut, remove bars from pan using foil
