Stir Fried Rice Noodle with Pumpkin

  • 1 small Japanese pumpkin
  • 1 cup small shrimp
  • 0.7 lbs. pork tenderloin
  • 1 scrambled egg
  • 20 pieces of garlic
  • 2 tbls. dried scallion
  • 1 tbls. chicken broth
  • 2 tbls. salt
  • 1 tbls. pepper powder
  • 1 tbls. sesame oil
  • B.
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 4 sliced green onions
  • 1 pkg. thick rice noodles

Preparation

Step 1

1. Soak the rice noodles in water.
2. Slice the pork tenderloin and the Japanese pumpkin into strips.
3. Heat a wok with oil over medium heat. Add "A" ingredients to the wok and gently stir. Remove it from the wok.
4. Heat a wok with 1/4 cup oil; add rice noodles with 1/2 cup water and ingredients from step 2 in wok. Mix noodles until distributed.
5. Garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro (B ingredients) on top.
