Ingredients
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, in strips
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- Soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
- Lowery's seasoned salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onions, pepper, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Add seasonings.
Use frozen Chinese pea pods, following cooking directions, adding to sautéed mixture. Sauté over high heat for 2 minutes - just long enough to warm peas throughout. Cook broccoli separately then add to mixture.
Season as desired.
