Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t white pepper
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 pt milk
  • 1 pt light cream
  • 1/2 t Tabasco
  • 1 t Worcestershire
  • 6 T sherry

Preparation

Step 1

bring crab meat, salt, pepper, butter and milk to a slow simmer; let simmer for 10 min.
add cream and sauces. bring to a boiling point but do not boil. stir very little. add sherry ;let stand a moment. remove from burner.
serve in warm cups topped with lemon and parsley.
