Salads: Three Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can El Paso Garbonzos, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans
  • 1 can (15 oz) cut green beans
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
Combine rest, mix and chill for at least 24 hours, covered, stir occasionally.
