Soups: Granny's Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 4 large carrots
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 packages frozen corn
  • 2 packages frozen baby limas
  • 1/2 large package of frozen okra
  • 3 quarts tomato juice
  • Sugar and seasoning to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water with 4 chicken bouillon cubes to a boil. Add potatoes, carrots and onions. Cook for 15 minutes.
Add corn, limas and okra. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomato juice, sugar and seasonings.
Cook until boiling.
