Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 - 10 3/4oz can chicken broth
- 2 broth cans of milk
- 1/3 cup flour or 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 - 10oz package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Crumble turkey in Dutch oven; stir in onion. Cook until turkey is no longer pink; stir in flour. Add chicken broth & milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir until thickened, about 1 minute. Stir in broccoli; heat through. Salt & pepper to taste.
