Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 3/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. coconut aminos (or Braggs liquid aminos or gluten-free tamari)
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. no-salt (potassium salt)
  • 1 tsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except herbs in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Add in herbs and stir until combined. Refrigerate until completely chilled before serving for best results.
