Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef tips, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed beef broth
- 1 (8 oz) jar mild picante sauce
- 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen corn, thawed
- 3 carrots, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 onion, cut into thin wedges
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 tea. cumin
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all but water and flour in a 5 qt. slow cooker.
Cover and cook on HIGH 3-4 hours or until meat is tender.
Stir together 1/2 cup water and flour. Stir into meat mixture; cover and cook on HIGH 1 more hour or until thickened.
