  • 2 TSP SALT
  • 2 TBSP MELTED BUTTER

Step 1

GREASE A LARGE SKILLET LIGHTLY AND HEAT WELL. TURN HEAT TO MEDIUM. MEASURE FLOUR INTO BOWL. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND STIR TOGETHER QUICKLY. DROP BY 1/3 CUP ON HOT SKILLET. SPREAD AND FLATTEN WITH BOTTOM OF CUP. FRY RATHER SLOWLY UNTIL CRISP AND BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.
