Meatballs #2

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Parsley, fresh or dried
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Milk or water as needed

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, mix beef, eggs, bread crumbs & remaining ingredients. Add liquid as needed to make good consistency. Roll into balls. Bake 375 until brown. You may also fry. Add to your favorite sauce.
