Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C butter
- 2 C whipping cream
- 2 C grated parmesan cheese
- garlic to taste (optional)
- 1/2 C fresh, chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter - stir in cream and cheese on low heat. Cook until thickens - pour over fettuccine. Makes one pound.
