Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup bittersweet choco chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat to 350*
Sift flour, oats, soda and salt in bowl.
In another bowl, beat butter on high till creamy. Add brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, until fluffy and vanilla. Add flour mixture a lit at a time until barely blended. Finish with choco chips.
Drop rounded tbsps of batter about 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake on middle rack until golden brown around the edges, 12-14 min. Cool on wire racks.
