  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T mayonnaise
  • 2-3 T Panko bread crumbs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Tobasco
  • Worcestershire
  • Onion (optional)
  • Lemon juice
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Shape into flat cakes. Pat with bread crumbs. Saute in butter.
