Devilish Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken cutlets
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion ; chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 5 ounce White wine
  • 5 ounce Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch or flour
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Capers
  • Salt & pepper ; to taste
  • Parsley ; to garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chicken in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Remove chicken and saute garlic and onion. Add wine. Cook and reduce. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Thicken with flour. Add mustard and capers. Pour sauce over chicken and serve with buttered noddles.
