Chili (Linsey's Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 whole chopped onion (more for Jake's garnish)
  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 3 cans red kidney beans
  • 29 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes (chili ready)
  • 2 wooden stirring spoon Molasses
  • 4-5 shakes of Cumin
  • 3 shakes of Curry
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 2-3 tbsp Cornstarch to thicken (as needed)

Preparation

Step 1

Fry the onions and garlic with the oil. Cook beef in pan and pour out any excess grease. Add everything into Crock Pot.
Cook in Crock Pot for 5-6 hours on low setting. If needed sooner, cook 4 hours on high setting.
