Aunt Barb's Poppers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 c Parmesan Cheese
  • Jalapeno peppers, sliced in half and seeds removed

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage. Drain, then blend cream cheese and Parmesan together. Add sausage and stuff peppers.

Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.

These freeze well and can be baked from frozen.
