Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups lentils
- Parsley
- Chopped green onion
- Dressing
- 8 T oil
- 2 lemons
- Black pepper
- 1/4 t coriander & cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Soak beans in 1 1/2 quarts water. Rinse. Cook in salted water until tender.
Add ingredients and toss with salad dressing.
Variation
Prepare lentils.
Cook in salted water with a little safflower oil.
