Ingredients
- 1 pkg angel food cake mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 pkg whipped topping mix (1 env)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 6 maraschino cherries
Preparation
Step 1
Bake and cool cake. Freeze half for future use. Tear remaining cake into bite size pieces. Mix pineapple and oranges. Prepare instant pudding using skim milk.
Layer cake pieces, fruit mixture, and pudding in a 2 qt serving bowl. Repeat.
Prepare topping using skim milk. Spread over pudding, garnish with walnuts and cherries.
Refrigerate 2 hours minimum.
