Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 2 c. regular milk with 2 tbsp. of lemon juice added and let sit 5 minutes (in lieu of buttermilk)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • Butter for cooking

Preparation

Step 1

Mix milk, eggs and vanilla together first. Mix wet together, then put into dry mix. Don't over mix.
