Junior's Chocolate Dream Christmas Layer Cake

This is currently just a description of how to put the cake together. When I make it and decide on specific recipes for the cake and mousses, etc I will update.

Ingredients
- Bottom layer to top:
- 1/2 layer chocolate cake
- layer of chocolate mousse
- 1/2 layer chocolate cake
- double layer white chocolate mousse
- 1/2 layer chocolate cake
- layer of chocolate mousse
- Buttercream frosting
- Christmas green food coloring
- mini red and green M&M's for the sides
Preparation
Step 1
Put layers together in order, frost outside and press mini M&M's into frosting covering the side completely. Color remaining with green food coloring and pipe buttercream around the top edge.
Alternate presentation: Use chocolate mint buttercream and cover the sides with crushed candy canes.
