Ingredients
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 lbs tilapia

Step 1
Preheat broiler and butter and line a cookie sheet with foil for easy clean up. In a small bowl mix together; parmesan, butter, mayo, lemon juice and season with basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Set a side. Arrange the tilapia with the dark vein (bottom) side up and broil all fish together for 2-3 minutes. Remove and flip the fish so they are now right side up and top with the parmesan mixture and place back into the oven for 3-6 more minutes or until the the topping is a light golden and bubbly.
