Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
- 3/4 cups roasted garlic teriyaki sauce
- 3 T honey
- 4 chicken breasts, partially halved horizontally, then opened like a book.
- 1 pkg soba noodles or vermicelli
- 2 scallions, chopped, including part of the green

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix teriyaki sauce and honey in bowl. Add chicken, making sure marinade covers it. Refrigerate, covered 3 hours or overnight.
2. Heat broiler, coat broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray and position 6 inches from heat. Broil chicken 4-5 minutes on one side, brushing with marinade. Turn chicken over and brush again; broil an additional 4-5 minutes or until 170 degrees.
3. Boil remaining marinade in small saucepan until reduced by 1/3.
4. Cook noodles. Drain well. Toss with 3 T. reduced marinade.
5. Slice chicken, serve over noodles. Sprinkle with scallions.
