Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 Tb water
- Mix like piecrust and shape into 2 long 3 inch wide strips on cookie sheet.
- Filling:
- Boil 1 cup water and 1/2 c butter. Add 1 c flour all at once. Add 3 eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add 1 tsp almond extract. Spread over crusts.
- Bake 350 for 55 min.
