Meltaway Sugar Cookies

A very crisp sugar cookie that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 c butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 teas salt
• 1 teas soda
• 1 teas cream of tartar
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 1 c oil
• 4 c flour
• 1/2 teas vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar then flatten with a glass. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
