Creamy Gorgonzola/Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

  • 1 Cup - Olive Oil
  • 1 - Hard Boiled Egg
  • 1 - Large Clove of Garlic
  • 1/3 Cup - Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon - Sea or Kosher Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a blender and process until creamy. Adjust salt, cheese, and garlic to taste.

Great served on baby spinach with sliced pears or apples.
