Directions

1. preheat oven to 300. cover 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. 2 place all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix. in a medium bowl whisk coconut oil, egg whites and extracts. add to dry ingredients and mix well. 3. roll dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut into 2 inch squares. bake until golden. 4.
