Greens with Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 * 6 to 8 cups torn salad greens
  • 3 * 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 * 1 tablespoon cider or red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 to 1 * 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

* Place greens in a salad bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Pour over greens and toss to coat. Yield: 6-8 servings.
