Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tblsp. salt
- 1 head garlic, separated into cloves, minced
- 1 c. packed fresh flat-leaf parsley, minced
- 1 c. fresh oregano leaves, minced
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat water to a boil in saucepan. Add the salt, stir
until dissolved. Remove from heat, cool.
2. Combine garlic, parsley, oregano and red pepper
flakes in a medium bowl. Whisk in the red wine
vinegar; whisk in olive oil. Transfer to a jar with a
tight fitting lid, refrigerate.
