Ingredients
- 4 Ounces Shredd Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Shortening
- 1/2 Cup Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Blend all dry ingredients
add cheese and shortening
mix until crumbly
add milk and stir all together
form into a ball
turn out on floured surface and roll out to 1/2 inch thick
use a 2 inch biscuit cutter
bake 425 degrees for approx 10 minutes
brush with melted butter when done
